Chiropractor

Dalton Frick, D.C.

Dr. Dalton has long been captivated by the human body and its capacity to respond to various stressors. Dr. Frick graduated from Iowa State University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health.

During his tenure at Iowa State, he gained exposure to multiple facets of the healthcare community, ultimately gravitating towards chiropractic care, which allows him to provide more natural and holistic treatment to his patients. He subsequently advanced his education at Northwestern Health Sciences University, earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2022.

Dr. Frick is dedicated to working with a diverse range of patients and is committed to helping each individual achieve their health goals, promote lifelong wellness, and live pain-free. He employs a combination of natural chiropractic care, spinal decompression therapy, and therapeutic exercise to address the underlying causes of health issues rather than merely alleviating symptoms. This approach enables his patients to engage in the activities they cherish.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Frick enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife Paige, and their dog, Colt. When he is not outdoors, he can often be found at the gym, focused on his fitness.

Paige Steffen Frick, D.C.

Originally from southwest Minnesota, Dr. Paige brings her enthusiasm for chiropractic care and commitment to holistic wellness to the lively community of Spirit Lake, Iowa. After her undergraduate studies, she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic.

Upon finishing her education, Dr. Paige dedicated herself to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and vitality through natural, non-invasive methods.

Dr. Paige’s approach to chiropractic care emphasizes a supportive and compassionate environment where patients feel valued and encouraged to engage in their health. She prioritizes personalized care by listening to concerns, addressing questions, and collaborating with you to achieve health goals. A bit more about Dr. Paige: when she's not treating patients, you can catch her working on a new DIY project, enjoying time on the lakes, or spending time outdoors with her husband, Dalton, and their dog, Colt.

Jodi Leininger-Hussey

Jodi brings more than 10 years of administrative management and customer experience to Big Spirit Chiropractic. With a passion for health and wellness, she is committed to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for every patient.

Jodi holds an associate's degree in business from Ellsworth Community College. She is also the proud parent of seven children who have been part of the Spirit Lake Community School District.

Outside the office, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at their extracurricular activities. In her free time, you can often find her soaking up the sun on the lake or enjoying the area's golf courses.
